What is Angel Tree?

For 18 years Lifepoint Church has hosted Angel Tree as a way to share your Christmas with someone in need.

Lifepoint works with social workers of local schools and other ministry partners to find families who could use an extra dose of Christmas cheer!

This year we have 600 kids participating in the Angel Tree Market Place. The Market Place is Lifepoint's way to get families involved in picking gifts that are exciting for their children while giving dignity through the process. Lifepoint hosts the Market Place in December and families involved in the program are able to shop the donated gifts for free and wrap gifts before returning home to put them under the tree!

What is Market Place?

What is an Angel Tree Market Place and why don’t I see specific toys on the tags?

Great question! At Lifepoint, excellence is one of our core values. We realized that we could be more relational when, instead of choosing gifts for kids, we could set up a shopping experience for families instead! This gives parents and guardians more of a hand in their kids Christmas morning experience and goes a long way in maintaining dignity.

Join us in volunteering at the Angel Tree Marketplace to pray with families, wrap gifts, make crafts with kids or hand out hot cocoa!
