Most men coast. They want to lead and live with purpose, but without structure and accountability, they settle. Brotherhood confronts that. It forces men to stop drifting, face the
truth, and build the strength and discipline required to lead well.
THE WHAT
Brotherhood will be an intensive experience taking place over a six month period consisting of..
- LARGE GROUPS
Once a month - All men together.
This is the rally point. You get biblical teaching, leadership development, and the kind of challenge that sets the tone for the month. High energy. High expectation. High accountability.
- SMALL GROUPS
Twice a month - Your group of five.
This is where transformation gets practical. You review your homework assignments, talk through what you’re learning, and sharpen one another. It’s honest, accountable, and focused on forward movement.
- ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNERS
Once a month — One-on-one with your Brotherhood leader.
This is personal. No pretense. Just intentional conversation about your life, your growth, and the steps you’re taking. This is where real change takes root.
